What are the requirements? How does one apply?

Who can join the Ayala Malls A Card Program?
Anybody who is 13 years old and above can join the Ayala Malls A Card program. Only individuals can join; no corporate entities may apply.

Application period will only be from January 18, 2009 up to December 31, 2009 (extended until January 31, 2010).

There are two ways to apply. You can apply onsite at any of the Ayala Malls A Card application booths at the various Ayala Malls or you can apply online by logging in to http://acard.ayalamalls.com.ph.

Onsite Application

Online Application

  • Log on to http://acard.ayalamalls.com.ph and fill out the required personal information provided in the Ayala Malls A Card sign-in page.
  • Upon submission of the application online, applicants shall receive an email verification notice dispatched to the email address they supplied. This email verification notice requires the confirmation of the application by clicking on a link attached to the email. The applicant's confirmation shall generate the Ayala Malls A Card application number. Failure to reply to the confirmation email shall prompt the system to disregard the application.
    • If no email verification is received within 24 hours from the time of clicking on the link attached to the verification notice, contact the Concierge of the mall where Ayala Malls A Card will be claimed as indicated in the online application form.
  • After five (5) calendar days from the date of the confirmation in step 2, proceed to the Ayala Malls Concierge where the Ayala Malls A Card is intended to be claimed as indicated in the online application form.

  • Mention the application number or present a printout of the online confirmation notice with application number to the Ayala Malls A Card Customer Service Representative.
    • Present the requirements enumerated in the confirmation notice, including a valid ID.
  • Present P10,000.00 worth of single or accumulated receipts from any Ayala Malls establishment.
    • Receipts presented should clearly show the store name and date of purchase.
    • Ayala Malls reserves the right to validate receipts. Only original receipts shall be accepted. Bank charge slips, defaced, crumpled, tampered, photocopied and receipts less than their actual size shall not be honored.
    • Official receipts issued for Ayala Malls Electronic Gift Certificate (eGC) purchases and receipts issued for bills payments (e.g. Meralco, Manila Water, Globe, etc. bills settled at payment centers inside Ayala Malls) shall not be accepted.
    • Single receipts amounting P10, 000.00 and above can be used for one (1) Ayala Malls A Card application only.
    • For applications from January 18-February 17, 2009, any receipt dated within 2008 will be accepted.
    • For applications from February 18, 2009 to December 31, 2009, only receipts dated within (six) 6 months from date of application will be accepted.
    • Only receipts of personal purchases will be accepted.
  • Pay the P300.00 processing fee and present a valid ID at the Concierge.
  • Claim the Ayala Malls A Card in the mall specified in the online application form.
  • For online applicants, what will happen if no email verification notice is received?
    The system will disregard the application. The email address provided may either be incorrect or has already expired. For assistance, you may call the Concierge of the mall where Ayala Malls A Card is intended to be claimed as you have indicated in the online application form.

    Can a person apply in behalf of another person?
    Yes, as long as he/she knows the personal information asked for about the other person which are required in the application form. Moreover, a separate set of requirements need to be presented including P10,000 worth of receipts and P300.00 processing fee.

    Can another person be authorized to claim an applicant's Ayala Malls A Card?
    Yes, but the following have to be presented by the authorized representative of onsite applicants:
    • Claim Stub with Application Reference Number
    • Signed authorization letter from the applicant
    • Valid ID of the applicant
    • Valid ID of the representative

    For the authorized representative of online applicants, he/she needs to present the following:

    • Signed authorization letter from the applicant
    • Valid ID of the applicant
    • Valid ID of the representative
    • Other Requirements:
      • Application Number or its printout
      • P10,000 worth of receipts
      • Processing fee of P300.00

    What will happen if applicant does not immediately claim the Ayala Malls A Card When will the Ayala Malls A Card expire?
    The number of days to enjoy the privileges of the Ayala Malls A Card will be reduced if it is not claimed immediately.

    The Ayala Malls A Card will only be valid until December 31, 2010.
