  • Who can join the A Card Program?

    Anybody who is 18 years old and above can join the A Card program. Only individuals can join; no corporate entities may apply.

  • What are the benefits of an Ayala Malls A Cardholder?

    • Discounts and freebies in participating merchant stores across the Ayala Malls
      • Discounts extended to Ayala Malls A Cardholders under the Ayala Malls A Card program may not be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos/discount program of the Ayala Malls and/or of the participating merchants.
      • Discounts and freebies are subject to change without prior notice.

      • Stores may require a valid ID from the Ayala Malls A Cardholder for purposes of identification and verification.
      • The Ayala Malls A Cardholder may be requested to sign on the receipt to check if his/her signature matches the signature on the Ayala Malls A Card.
    • Unlimited use of the Customer Lounges in Glorietta, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Market! Market!, TriNoma and Marquee Mall.
    • Unlimited use of the Family Lounges in Glorietta 4 and Alabang Town Center and The Lounge in TriNoma.
    • Free use of E-Lounge in Glorietta. Use is limited to 30-minutes per day.
    • Reserved seats for two (2) to Ayala Malls shows on a "first come first served" basis and subject to the number of seats allocated to Ayala Malls A Cardholders.
    • Exclusive invitations to movie block screenings, sale events, workshops and promotional activities:
      • Seats to movie block screenings and workshops will be on a "first come first served" basis and subject to available number of seats.
    • Expresslane for Cinema ticket purchases.
    • Exclusive freebies on special occasions.
    • Free use of telephone at the A Card Booth or Concierge, where applicable:
      • This is limited to a 3-minute call per day.
      • This may be applied only to local calls; no long distance or cellphone calls will be allowed.

  • For online applicants, what will happen if no email verification notice is received?

    The system will disregard the application. The email address provided may either be incorrect or has already expired. For assistance, you may call the Concierge of the mall where A Card is intended to be claimed as you have indicated in the online application form.

  • What will happen if applicant does not immediately claim the Ayala Malls A Card When will the Ayala Malls A Card expire?

    The number of days to enjoy the privileges of the A Card are reduced if it is not claimed immediately.

  • Can a person apply in behalf of another person?

    Yes, as long as he/she knows the personal information asked for about the other person which are required in the application form. Moreover, a separate set of requirements need to be presented including P5,000 worth of receipts and P300.00 processing fee.

  • What are the requirements in applying for an Ayala Malls A Card?

    • Accomplished personal information sheet
    • At least P5,000 worth of single or accumulated receipts
    • Presentation of Valid ID
    • Payment of the P300 processing fee

  • Do I need to present receipts to renew for an Ayala Malls A Card?

    No. There is no receipt requirement to renew your Ayala Malls A Card.

  • What are the requirements to renew my Ayala Malls A Card?

    • Surrender expired Ayala Malls A Card
    • Present valid ID
    • Pay P200 renewal fee

  • What are the Other Conditions in using the Ayala Malls A Card?

    • The Ayala Malls A Card should be presented at all times by the cardholder when availing of the privileges and benefits of the card.
    • It is not a stored value card.
    • It is not transferable.
    • Ayala Malls reserves the right to discontinue membership and privileges if cardholder is found to have violated terms and conditions of the A Card program.
    • The sales transaction using the Ayala Malls A Card is not subject to reward points.

  • What should the applicant do if my his/her A Card is lost or damaged?

    Report its loss immediately to the nearest Ayala Malls Concierge. Replacement of lost and damaged cards is subject to a replacement fee of P150.00.
